These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blue Dot mobile application (“the App”, “Service”), operated by an individual based in Turkey (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blue Dot.
•
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Blue Dot is designed for entertainment purposes. It provides users with cocktail recipes and related informational content.
3. User-Generated Content
•
The App does not allow users to create, upload, or share their own content.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
•
Blue Dot offers premium features through paid subscriptions.
•
Payments are processed securely via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
•
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
•
Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by App Store and Google Play, according to their respective policies.
•
All content within the App, including but not limited to the logo, design, recipes, text, graphics, and visuals, is the sole property of Blue Dot.
•
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
•
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
•
The App provides cocktail recipes and related information for entertainment and informational purposes only.
•
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is at your own risk and responsibility.
•
We are not responsible for any consequences, health issues, legal problems, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided within the App.
•
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol consumption and legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
•
The App does not include user accounts or any user-generated content. Therefore, there are no grounds for account suspension or termination.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
•
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
•
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App will be settled exclusively in the courts located in Turkey.
•
We may update these Terms from time to time.
•
Updates will be posted directly within the App.
•
Continued use of the App after the changes become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
